Cheap Joe’s Art Stuff is honored to contribute to art organizations across the country.  If you are interested in receiving a promotional donation from Cheap Joe’s for your art group’s next show, please make your request with the following guidelines:

To Solicit a Promotional Donation:

1) Mail* a letter about the show/event on the official letterhead of the organization to:

*Faxed or emailed requests will not be accepted

2) Include in the letter:

• The date of the show/event.
• The date when the award is needed.
• The number of artists expected to participate.
  
• The name of the juror.
• Information on the sponsoring organization.
• A physical mailing address and telephone number (no PO Boxes).

3) Please allow six weeks time prior to the event for processing.

Cheap Joe’s will provide an award package (merchandise certificate, tote bag, apron, catalogs) per art organization per year.
