Expressive Watercolor from Floral Photographs DVD with Janet Walsh. The focus of this art DVD is using your own photographs as a reference point for still-life painting. During the course of the demonstration, Janet takes the viewer through all the steps in creating a wonderful watercolor painting of your favorite floral selection. In eight consecutive chapters Walsh moves seamlessly from material selection through the final brush strokes and in between covers the steps necessary to use photography as a reference point for painting. Walsh is a very popular instructor and long time member of the American Watercolor Society. And while this new DVD offering leans slightly toward the intermediate painter, there is much to be gleaned by the beginner and more advanced still life painter. 83 minute art instruction video.
