 The 200 Series smooth surface is Bristol weight board printed with non-reproducible blue lines.
The 300 Series smooth 100 lb. Bristol and Vellum surfaces are ideal for both traditional and specialty pen and ink.
The 500 Series bristol is 2-ply 100% cotton. The Plate surface is ultra-smooth; the semi-smooth is slightly textured and the Vellum surface has a toothy finish that is excellent for colored pencil and graphite renderings. The newest surface in the 500 series is Illustration Board for Wet Media, designed to accept all illustration media.
