We were so pleased with the four styles of lead whites, charcoal gray and graphite we had to add this line from Charlotte, NC. While other whites tend to dull colors when mixed, Occhuzzie's lead whites maintain brilliance by changing tonal characteristics and not dulling during the mixing process. Graphite Gray and Charcoal grays are perfect for underpaintings, dry more quickly and are a more stable ground because they are already fused with oil.
Made in small batches to increase the level of quality, these oils are dense, full bodied and ultra smooth in texture.
Occhuzzie's Lead Whites are used by well known artist, Nelson Shanks, who famously painted the likenesses of Princess Diana, his Holiness Pope John Paul II, Ronald Reagan and Bill Clinton.
Available in 40 ml. tubes. Conforms to ASTM D-4236 Standards.
