This fun-filled motivational workshop will inspire you to loosen up your painting style. Karlyn offers enthusiastic, informational demonstrations and gives individual help enriched by sharing her original finished work. She is an upbeat instructor who teaches with tireless energy and her high-spirited humorous teaching style makes beginners feel comfortable and challenges the advanced student. The real emphasis is on each student's individual expression and development of their own painting style. Demonstrations, critiques and individual help are daily fare. Beginners are welcome.

Karlyn Holman

Karlyn has had a studio-gallery for 44 years, and enjoys a full schedule of teaching workshops and painting. She has an MA in Art from the University of Wisconsin and has taught at the college level for 10 years. Karlyn has illustrated four children's picture books and is also the author of Watercolor Fun and Free, Searching for the Artist Within, Watercolor-The Spirit of Spontaneity, and Watercolor Without Boundaries. She leads painting tours all over Europe and on cruises, and has taught watercolor classes in New Zealand, Central America, Mexico, Japan, Ireland, and the US.
