This category is filled with paintbrushes that are specifically designed for use when painting with inks or watercolors in Japanese painting, oriental painting or Chinese brush painting. You will find that most of these paint brushes are fairly inexpensive. Most of the brush heads are made from goat or squirrel which has an extremely soft feel.
Even though these art paintbrushes are designed for use with Chinese brush painting techniques… that doesn’t mean that you shouldn’t try one and add one to your art materials.
