EnCore Antique White Acid-Free Foam Board promises an everlasting performance that protects and preserves. The professional framer’s first choice for a mounting board that’s totally acid-free, EnCore Antique White Acid-Free Foam Board features a facing paper with a pH between 7.7 and 8.5, in accordance with Library of Congress cold-extraction methods for non-photographic materials. It’s also made with a calcium carbonate buffer that provides many years of protection against pollutants that cause paper to become weak, brittle or yellow with age.
EnCore Antique White Acid-Free Foam Board is ideally suited for mounting applications that utilize conservation methods, dry mounting applications. Also use for creative projects such as shadow boxes, deep bevel designs, wrapping and embossing and reverse mats.
