Most people think of sanded paper for use with pastel… and Wallis pastel paper is great for that. But, have you ever tried oil painting on sanded pastel paper? It's the next best, newest, most fabulous thing! Wallis pastel paper is available in two colors only (White or Belgian Mist) and in two thicknesses, either Professional or Museum Quality (White only in Museum Quality). The difference is the paper. The Professional Quality is a 240g, acid-free, buffered paper, while the Museum Quality is a 300g, acid-free, all cotton paper. Each sheet of this fabulous pastel paper measures 18" x 24" and comes 5 sheets per pack. Wallis pastel paper is also available in pads (8 sheets per pad).
