When archival quality mounting is needed, EnCore 100% Cotton Rag Foamboard gives a commanding performance. Constructed with pure, naturally white cotton fibers, this Foamboard contains no lignin, alum or harsh chemicals. Its facing paper on each side has a pH of 8.2 +/- .5 and a calcium carbonate buffer. EnCore 100% Cotton Rag Foamboard is ideally suited for preserving limited-edition prints, important photographs, historic documents, diplomas, awards or items of personal value. Also used for dry mounting applications or creative projects such as shadow boxes, deep bevel designs, wrapping and embossing and reverse mats.
