Liquitex Basics Acrylic Colors are developed for students and artists that need quality at outstanding value. Each color is uniquely formulated to bring out the maximum brilliance and clarity of the individual pigment. Their heavy viscosity allows for thick painting, retaining peaks and brush marks. Ideal for learning color theory and color mixing. All colors dry to a satin finish with no surface glare.
Basics may be used for a variety of techniques from traditional and experimental acrylic painting, collage and mixed media, screen printing, mono prints and block printing to thick applications with brush strokes and painting knife marks. All colors hold the AP Seal from ACMI and are safe for educational use.
