Lascaux Perlacryl Iridescent Acrylic Paint is lightfast, water, scratch and age resistant. It dries to a though, flexible film with outstanding covering power for all the colours. Lascaux Perlacryl can be diluted with water or used straight from the jar. The distinctive lustrous effect can be subtly adjusted by the amount of dilution or the thickness of the paint layer. Perlacryl can be applied with a brush, roller, airbrush, spraygun or palette knife. Lascaux Perlacryl is based on a nontoxic, environmentally friendly formulation of synthetic Mother-of-Pearl. The paint is suitable for use on most non-oily surfaces, such as canvas, paper, cardboard, wood, particle-board, leather, plaster, conrete, ceramics, metal and a wide range of plastics. The various supports should be prepared properly. Lascaux Perlacryl colours are intermixable among themselves and are compatible with Lascaux's other acrylic paints. However, mixing with regular acrylics will reduce the iridescent effect. Notes: The colours are generally regarded as physiologically and toxicologically safe in conventional usage. Conforms to ASTM D-4236. No health labeling required.
