Why is it called the Possum Palette? Simply because this palette has color reservoirs that have lids which allow this palette to be easily transported only minutes after painting inside a cute pouch. The Possum Palette is a heavy-duty plastic watercolor palette has 22 removable, interchangeable reservoirs and three large sized mixing areas. The removable reservoirs are made of clear plastic with a hinged lid. The Possum Palette measures 10-3/4'' wide by 16-1/2'' long and is 1'' deep (with the reservoirs in place). The Possum Palette is NOW made for all mediums! After it's recent redesign, Possum Palettes are now made of a plastic which resists turpentine. This new plastic allows dried oil and acrylics to simply peel off.
