Winsor Newton Artists’ Watercolour Cerulean Blue Red Shade is a color to compliment the traditional Cerulean Blue color. It is formulated from a single pigment of Coblat Stannate (PB35). This color is available from Cheap Joe’s in either 5ml or 14ml tubes.
