Winsor Newton Artists’ Watercolour Cobalt Violet is a transparent watercolour that has changed to a single pigment of Cobalt Phosphate(PV14) in order to create a brighter color with more red. This color is available from Cheap Joe’s in either 5ml or 14ml tubes or half pan sizes. For over 170 years now Winsor Newton has been known the world over for their permanence, color brilliance, transparency and for their high quality materials. There are now sixteen new watercolor paints within the Winsor Newton Artists’ line which have been formulated to not only provide brilliant color but the utmost in lightfastness.
