Each and every color in the Winton Oil line is developed with a high level of pigmentation, which provides good covering power and more brilliant color than many other student quality oil paints. Winsor Newton Winton Oil Cobalt Blue Hue is formulated from a combination of Copper Phthalocyanine (PB15), Zinc Oxide (PW4) and Complex Sodium Alumino-silicate containing sulfur (PB29).
This oil paint has the following properties:
- Extremely Permanent
- Opaque
