CHEAP JOE’S WORKSHOP DEPOSIT/REFUND POLICY
Effective August 1, 2007, a NON-REFUNDABLE/NON-TRANSFERABLE deposit of $100 will hold your space in a 2008 Cheap Joe’s workshop. We take Visa, Mastercard, or Discover cards, or you may pay by check. The tuition balance is due 45 days prior to the workshop. If you make your deposit with a credit card, our computer will automatically charge the balance to the same card when due, unless you contact us with another payment arrangement before the due date. (The computer “backorders” the workshop balance) If you pay your deposit with a check, a check (or other method of payment) for the balance must arrive before the due date, or you will be mailed an invoice that is due within 30 days.
The $100 deposit is non-refundable, nor transferable to another workshop. Sorry, but due to committed expenses on the part of Cheap Joe's, there is no refund at all if you cancel 45 days or less prior to the workshop.
The purchase of optional cancellation insurance is highly recommended to protect yourself from loss if an unforeseen personal emergency should arise. We recommend that you contact the McKay Insurance Agency at 1-800-228-9792 or www.travelexinsurance.com for further information.
If it’s necessary for either an instructor or Cheap Joe’s to cancel the workshop, you will receive a full refund.
If you must cancel your workshop reservation, it is best to put the cancellation in writing. (An email will do) edwina@cheapjoes.com. Should you need to cancel by phone, please call 1-800-227-2788, ext. 1123 (Edwina).
