This workshop is about finding your artistic direction and the time to go there.  It’s about fun collage and painting techniques and letting go and enjoying the process.  Vae will be showing you how to prepare your surface with mediums and help you create new and exciting textures using unconventional techniques.  The class will be coloring tissue papers, preparing collage material with magazine pages and metal polish, creating pealed-paper backgrounds, and photo transfer methods using family and friend’s photos.  Vae is anything but traditional so if you’re in a rut and want to step out or just want to investigate an old friend called collage, you’ll be fully inspired.
