Canson XL Pads are designed especially for students to provide more sheets of art paper at a great price. You can practice and perfect your techniques to your heart's content without worrying about wasting costly paper! Stiff backing boards make them easy to use in the field or the studio. All Canson XL pads are acid-free and manufactured using environmentally friendly sustainable processes.

Bristol - Canson XL Bristol Pads contain 25 sheets of heavyweight 100 lb. bristol board in a bright white color guaranteed to make your work pop. Ideal for both wet and dry media, including pen and ink, design markers, graphite, colored pencil, acrylic markers, gouache, ink wash, and watercolor. Each fold-over pad is available in both smooth and vellum surface paper.

Drawing - Canson XL Drawing Pads feature a smooth natural white surface with a medium tooth designed for drawing media such as colored pencil, graphite, charcoal, and pen. The medium-weight 70 lb. paper is formulated for clean erasing and exceptional performance. Sheets are micro-perforated, true size pages that are double spiral bound for durability when heading to and from class. The number of sheets varies by size.

Mixed Media - Canson XL Mixed Media Pads feature heavyweight 98 lb. natural white paper with heavy sizing for wet and dry media. The fine tooth erases well and blends easily. These spiral bound pads contain 60 sheets of micro-perforated, true size pages. Suitable for marker, pastel, colored pencil, pencil, acrylic, watercolor, charcoal, pen and ink, collage, and more.

Oil & Acrylic - Canson XL Oil & Acrylic Pads feature a bleed proof, canvas-like textured paper that is ready to use with oil or acrylic without the need of priming or preparation. These pads feature superior construction, heavy weight cover materials, and are manufactured using environmentally friendly, sustainable processes. Each acid-free, fold-over pad holds 24 sheets of 136 lb. paper.

Sketch - Canson XL Sketch Pads feature a smooth natural white surface with a medium tooth designed for drawing media such as colored pencil, graphite, charcoal, and pen. The lightweight 50 lb. sketch paper is formulated for clean erasing and exceptional performance. These sketchbooks are ideal for preliminary work or to capture ideas. Sheets are micro-perforated, true size pages. The number of sheets and type of binding varies by size.

Watercolor - Canson XL Watercolor Pads feature 30 sheets of 140 lb. natural white paper that offers the flexibility a cold press texture on the front while the back has a smooth surface for drawing.
