Janet Walsh is a very popular instructor and long time member of the American Watercolor Society. Janet studied at the School of Visual Arts and the Art Student League in Manhattan. She is a well known teacher of workshops, both in the US and Overseas. In addition to teaching and painting, she juries and judges many regional and national art shows. Her book,'"Watercolor Made Easy", has been reprinted many times, with one version reprinted especially for the UK. Limited editions and prints of her work have been published in the US, Europe, and Japan. Janet is a past President of the American Watercolor Society, and a Fellow in the Royal Society for the encouragement of the Arts, London England. She holds memberships in many art associations and leagues, and is listed in Who's Who in American Art. She has received many awards and honors for her paintings.
