Neocolor II Artists' Crayons are more vivid and heavy than normal pastels, capable of drawing on dark, even black paper with their exceptional covering power and will draw on multiple surfaces, including papers, plastics, cloth, wood, illuminated signs and more.

These water-soluble wax pastels are softer than colored pencils, but denser than children's wax crayons. Individual crayons measure approximately 4-1/8" x 5/16".
