Cheap Joe's Art Stuff is where it starts, offering artists high-quality products and services. If you are ever dissatisfied with an item, a purchase, or an experience, please contact us and we'll make it right. HOW TO MAKE A RETURN:

If you are unhappy with any of the products you order for ANY reason, feel free to return the item(s) within 365 days. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for all merchandise returned for any reason other than Cheap Joe’s error, damage, or defect.  Simply fill out the return form (below), advising us of the reason for the return, and return by the carrier of your choice.

If there is any damage or defect, to anything in your order, please contact our Customer Service Department as soon as possible. A return authorization must be coordinated with a member of our Problem Resolution Team before defective merchandise is returned. Otherwise, shipping charges will not be refunded.

Some factory-direct and truck-shipped items are subject to a restocking fee. These product listings, while intended as a recommendation by Cheap Joe’s, are subject to errors and Cheap Joe’s cannot be held responsible for any errant information given to us by manufacturers. It’s always Cheap Joe’s recommendation that you test each application before completing a project.

In order to assist with the return of select frames, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the return of Appalachian, Calloway, Jefferson, Mitchell, Pisgah, and Shenandoah frames if the return is arranged through Cheap Joe's. Please contact Customer Service to arrange for a return.

We regret that we cannot give full refunds on custom-ordered items, unwanted DVDs, or books. Custom or specially ordered products are subject to a 25% restocking fee. DVDs and books are subject to a 20% restocking fee. All damaged or defective media will be replaced by identical products. Damage or defect will be determined upon return to Cheap Joe’s. A shipping charge could be applied to all returns where damage or defect is inappropriately claimed.
