Luminescent Oil Colors by Daniel Smith simulate a glittery surface or the luster of mother-of-pearl. They're made from mica pigment, thin transparent particles coated with highly reflective metal oxides. Luminescents add intriguing complexity and visual depth to your artwork, along with a consistent all-over gleam or effect to color.
Duochrome Aquamarine - Duochrome Aquamarine has a color shift between metallic emerald green and metallic blue depending on the angle. Similar to the color shift you see on a peacock's' tail feathers. When Duochrome Aquamarine is painted over darker colors, the slightly metallic emerald green shift to metallic blue, becomes more pronounced.
