Watercolor Easel - Designed to take your watercolor studio into the field, the Advanced Series Watercolor Easel allows you to comfortably and conveniently paint outdoors. Includes an Easel with Table Leg option, Advanced Series Watercolor Palette with shelf/cover, Slik U8000 Tripod, Collapsible Water Pot, and a heavy-duty Carry-All Duffel Bag.

The Advanced Series Watercolor Palette is made of heavy-duty ABS thermoformed material, unlike other lightweight plastic palettes on the market that quickly become brittle with use. It measures 11-1/2" x 16" and features 14 generously sized paint wells with 2 large mixing areas. The white palette comes with a grey PVC cover for easy transport to and from the field, but while in the field, the cover slides under the palette to create a shelf with extra brush holders and space for your paint tubes, blotter, or sketches. The shelf height from the ground is 35" when the tripod is fully extended.

At 12-1/4" x 15-3/4", the easel size is perfect for holding quarter sheets or blocks. It's made of tough ABS plastic for lightweight durability. The working surface angle can be easily adjusted from flat to vertical by using the pan head of the tripod, which attaches via a quick release plate on the back. It also offers convenient features such as a retractable 8-hole brush holder sized to hold the most popular watercolor brushes and a built-in water pail hook that puts the included collapsible water pail in the perfect spot. When not being used outdoors, it converts to a table easel by removing the quick release plate and screwing in the included table leg, which is held by a magnetic catch on the back.

The SLIK U8000 Tripod easily adjusts for sitting or standing while painting, and you can adjust the head to any angle you need with just one hand. This full-size medium-duty tripod is made of aluminum alloy weighing only 3-1/2 lbs. and can support up to 4-1/2 lb. The wide stance of the independently adjustable telescoping legs offers increased stability in the field. Secure flip locks on the legs are easy to adjust to just the right height. The easel attaches easily with a standard quick-release mount.

The whole package fits into the expandable Carry-All Duffel Bag, which features a main compartment, 1 front and 2 side zippered pockets for your supplies, an adjustable and removable shoulder strap, and dual carrying handles with hook and loop closure. Measuring a generous 25" x 13" x 12", you'll be able to carry everything you need with ease to the ideal painting spot. The whole kit weighs only 8-1/2 lbs.
