Step 1: Shopping

Finding what you want is easy at CheapJoes.com. You may browse our online catalog, search our catalog, or shop by item number from our printed catalog.

Browsing Our Online Catalog

To browse our online catalog, select any of our featured items on the home page, or click on one of the "Joe's Stuff" mini-stores or "Product Categories" links on the left sidebar. Paints, paper, brushes, easels, even desks and lamps ,just keep browsing within the Mini-store till you find everything you need! With each click you can drill down to more specific product categories until you reach the product itself.

Search Our Catalog

We want to shopping fast and simple for you at CheapJoes.com, not a chore. By searching our catalog you quickly find the product you're interested in. It's like going straight to the milk in the back of the grocery store. And we have several ways to search what your looking for.

• Type the name or item number of the product you're interested in into the "Search" field (A) on the top left of the web page.

• Next to the product search field, we have the Alpha Search (B) . Click on the first letter of our Alpha Search lisings to find productsor brands by first letter. For insatance, Click "W" to find all Watercolor Papers, or "K" to find all Kilimanjaro Products, including watercolor papers.

Step 2 - Adding Items To Your Shopping Cart

Selecting Items by Browsing the Online Catalog:

Your shopping cart is just like your shopping cart at the grocery store. You must put items you'd like to order into the shopping cart. The the items are not ordered, and the order will not be processed until you successfully complete the checkout process.

To add items to your shopping cart, got to the product page, enter the desired quantity, and click (C) "Add Items To Cart" diagram below.

Please note: to add items to your shopping cart, you must first enter a quantity for the items you wish to purchase.

Selecting Items by item Number / Speedy Shopping:

If you'd like to shop by item numbers from our printed catalog simply click enter the item numbers into the Speedy Shopping Field (D), and hit the blue "plus" button. you can add as many items your cart in this manner as wish.

In the action note at the top of the page you see that the item you entered has been added to your shopping cart, or will let you know the item number was not found. If you receive the later message, check the item number in the catalog and enter it again. If this fails to add the item to your cart, you may always try searching for or browsing to the item and adding it through our online catalog.

Step 3 - The Checkout Process

To checkout from any page within the online catalog click the blue Check Out navigational link in the top right of the page. If you're viewing the details of your shopping cart, you may click either the aformentioned Blue Check Out button, or the blue Checkout > button at the end of your cart list. this will take you to your checkout options.

Login/Create Account

There Are Three Option at checkout:
1) Guest Checkout: Checking Out without an account
2) Create An Account: This Stores your Information for future Purchases
3) Log into Existing Account: If you have an account, simply enter your email, password and clikc continue to loginto your existing account. If you cannot remember your password, click Forgot Password? and follow the on screen directions. If you're new to Cheapjoes.com and wish to create an account, all you need to do is click Create Account

Creating A New Account

Fill out your address and password information to create your account.
This will take you to your account information screen. Here you can:

View Order History: Use this option to view a list of previous orders placed under your account.
My Address Book: Use this option to view, delete or add new addresses to your Address Book
Manage My Wish Lists: Use this option to view and modify the items in your Wish Lists. Your wish lists are places that you can store items you use frequently or want to purchase at another time. You can also share your wish lists with your friends and families for gift idea suggestions and more!
Sign Out: Use this option to sign out of the Remember Me system.

Finishing Checkout

Once you have decided on a checkout method, you will be taken to the Billing/Shipping screen. Here you can type in your billing and shipping information (or select from saved adresses if you have an account), and your payment information. Cheap Joe's accepts Mastercard, Visa or Discover. once you have entered all your information, click Continue.

Confirm Order

Next is the order confirmation screen. Confirm that your personal, payment and order info is all correct, then click Submit Order.
NOTE: You MUST hit Submit Order from this screen or your order will not be processed.
Once you submit your order, you will recieve a confirmation email shortly.
