This chart is for ground shipments to the contiguous 48 states. For our customers in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands, please add $3.00 to your shipping level. if your order can be mailed through the United States Postal Service. If your order to AK, HI, PR or USVI cannot be mailed through the USPS, then please call for actual charges. We welcome orders shipped outside the U.S, Just call for actual shipping charges and insurance. We offer free freight on orders over $300. (except for items or large orders shipped by truck). This offer is good for ground shipments to the contiguous 48 states. It is also good for orders to AK, HI, PR or USVI if they can be mailed through the USPS. If not mailable to AK, HI, PR or USVI, please call for actual charges. BIG STUFF: There are a few items in our inventory that are just too large to ship by regular ground transportation and require special truck shipment. Exceptionally large orders may also require truck shipment These are the only items which are exempt from the FREE FREIGHT policy for purchases over $300.00. Please contact us to speak with a representative regarding special delivery options along with shipping and handling charges. Oversize packages may incur an additional charge.

RUSH ORDERS:

MUST BE PLACED BEFORE 12:00 PM EST MONDAY-FRIDAY FOR SAME DAY PROCESSING!!!

In a hurry and need it fast? Heres an option that can help you in a crunch! RUSH – For an additional $5.99 you may want to consider adding a RUSH to your order. This little gem works like a Monopoly “get out of jail free” card. For your $5.99 we will move your order to the head of the line, making sure that it leaves our warehouse that business day. In order to make this happen we will have to receive your order no later than 12:00pm (noon) eastern time. If your order is received after that time your RUSH will ensure that your order leaves on the following business day. RUSH Priority is automatically included for no additional charge with all 2ND DAY AIR and NEXT DAY AIR ORDERS.

However, if you do not select 2ND DAY or NEXT DAY AIR, RUSH WILL NOT affect the delivery or travel time of your order, it is just to prioritize your orders movement within our warehouse. RUSH is available for customers in The United States only.

JOE'S VALUE SHIPPING

For years we've heard we need to do something about the price of shipping. And for years we've worked hard to keep the price of our shipping down, even as our shipping costs have risen. Enter, the "Joe's Value Shipping" option. It's not the fastest way to receive a package, but it's certainly the cheapest way to get a package. You must be able to accept a package via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Expect your package within 8-15 business days regardless of your location.

JOE'S STANDARD SHIPPING

Joe's Standard Shipping is the faster option short of UPS 2 DAY AIR This method of shipping utilizes UPS, SurePost or USPS Priority Mail. Expect your package in 5-7 business days.

DROP SHIPPED:

Seeing this next to an item means that particular item will ship directly from the manufacturer. Once the item has been placed on order with the manufacturer the process can’t be stopped. If you change your mind your refund will be minus the shipping charges incurred to get the item to you and then returned. Often a manufacturer will charge a restocking fee. This amount, also, will be deducted from your refund.

TRUCK SHIPMENTS:

An item shipped by truck, whether direct from the factory or from Cheap Joe’s, will incur a shipping charge. IIf you have a Truck Shipment Item, you will be contacted regarding exact shipping costs by one of our Customer Service Representatives. The charge will vary depending on how far the truck has to travel to get to your curb. If you need additional special delivery options check out our White Glove options below. When your order includes items in addition to the truck ship item, you may count the price of the truck ship item towards the Free Freight policy. That way the other items can ship free.

CHEAP JOE'S WHITE GLOVE SERVICE:

Cheap Joe;s wants to make setting up your studio as easy as possible. That’s why we’ve got a service called White Glove. This option will help you if you don’t have a commercial loading dock and a professional crew to move your new purchase. Any White Glove option is in addition to truck shipping charge.

Curbside Service: $75
This service will get your new purchase to your house and off the truck. If you’d like a call ahead let your CSR know so that you can arrange to have assistance (like a neighbor, a friend or someone with a strong back) available to move it inside.

Inside Service: $125
This service includes the $75 Curbside Service and offers inside delivery by the driver (inside delivery means: inside the nearest door). FYI: Please consider truck to be an 18 wheeler. If you live on a cul-de-sac or other area that is not easily accessible by a truck this size, you may want to find an alternate shipping location.

PURCHASE ORDERS:

Cheap Joe's welcomes purchase orders from any state or federally funded institution. Purchase orders must be a minimum of $125 and be paid within 30 days. Purchase Orders must be mailed in or faxed.

BACKORDERS AND OUT OF STOCK ITEMS:

There are instances where items may be out of stock. Cheap Joe's will ship all in-stock items and send the rest later at no extra charge. Backordered merchandise ships via Joe's Value Shipping (Delivery 8-15 business days regardless of your location).When this happens, you will be contacted by e-mail as soon as we find the shortage.

If you have questions or would like to handle the situation differently, please call 1-800-227-2788 and speak with one of our operators. We ask that you please call instead of sending an e-mail so that your specific situation can be addressed with an operator and that the best solution and substitutions can be found.

2 DAY AIR SERVICE:

If your package(s) weight is less than 15 lbs. (excluding sheet paper, Gatorboard, portfolios, perfect show systems, individual canvas, canvas rolls or long canvas, print racks, some easels, most furniture & projectors), for an additional $12.99 (in the 48 contiguous states) we will upgrade your shipping to 2 DAY AIR SERVICE. This not only speeds up the delivery, but it also ensures that your package will leave our distribution center the day you place your order, provided you placed it before 12:30 pm Eastern time on that business day. From there your package will travel for two business days and is guaranteed to be delivered at the end of that second business day (with the exception of the Christmas season). Shipping operations are Monday thru Friday. If your package weight exceeds the 15 lb. limit, actual freight charges can be figured to send your package by this service. Please call and speak to a representative for actual freight figures.

NEXT DAY AIR SERVICE:

Please Note: Sorry, but at this time, our online catalog does not support the processing of Next Day Air shipments through our web site. If your needs require this, please call for rates. If the bottom line is getting it there fast, this may be the way for you. NEXT DAY AIR SERVICE will guarantee that your package will arrive the next business day. For instance, if you were to place an order with Cheap Joe's on a Tuesday, before 12:30 pm Eastern time, your order would arrive at your home on Wednesday. Shipping operations are Monday thru Friday. All NEXT DAY AIR shipment freight charges are figured at actual freight cost. Please call and speak to a representative for the applicable cost.

I CAN’T FLY:
There are some items that are considered to be hazardous or flammable, these items can not be shipped by any method that would require air transportation. So, things like Turpentine, for instance, cannot be shipped by any form of air shipment or Priority mail.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Priority International: This service provides delivery within three to six weeks depending on the distance from us to you.

PROCESSING TIME:
Please allow 2-5 business days for your order to process in the warehouse before shipping if you require speedier service, please consider our RUSH service or contact a customer service representative to discuss Air Freight Options.

RETURN POLICY:
Cheap Joe's wants you to be 100% satisfied with the service and merchandise that we have provided. If you are unhappy with any product you receive from us, please feel free to return the item(s) within 365 days. If your order is lost or damaged, please contact our Problem Resolution Department at 1-800-227-2788 (if you have a damaged, incorrect or defective item) please contact our Problem Resolution Department as soon as possible. (Return freight on problem orders must be coordinated with a member of our Problem Resolution Team and cannot be refunded otherwise).

If we've made the mistake or the product is damaged in transit, we'll pay for the product's return. If you've made the mistake, you are responsible for the shipping cost of the returned item. A flat rate of $5.95 is charged on exchange orders. Please do not send prepaid envelopes. We regret that we cannot give full refunds on unwanted VHS, DVDs and/or books. These returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. All Damaged or defective media will be replaced by identical products.

There is a 25% restocking fee on ALL custom or special order products that are returned.

GOOFS:
We try very hard to have no mistakes... but we are still human, so every once and a while we may find a mistake and have to ask your understanding. All prices on-line are double-checked when processing your order. If there ever is an inconsistency we will call or e-mail you A.S.A.P.!

SUPPLY LISTS:
If you're a teacher and would like for us to keep your supply list on hand just send it in. We'll keep it on hand to help your student as they select their supplies for your class.

CATALOGS:
Cheap Joe's prints one catalog (usually in February) and three sale flyers a year. Our LOW catalog prices are good all year. Watch for the the Spring, Summer and Holiday flyers for even better deals. They do have expiration dates so order early.
