Step 1 - Shopping

Finding what you want is easy at CheapJoes.com. You may browse our online catalog, search our catalog, or shop by item number from our printed catalog.

~ Browsing Our Online Catalog
To browse our online catalog, click (A) Online Store or (B) Shop Online Now! as shown in the diagram below. Either of these links will take you to our online catalog.

Here, click down through the product categories that are listed in the beige box at the top of the page. With each click you will drill down to more and more specific product categories until you reach the product itself.

~ Search Our Catalog
We want to shopping fast and simple for you at CheapJoes.com, not a chore. By searching our catalog you quickly find the product you're interested in. It's like going straight to the milk in the back of the grocery store. To do so, simply type the name or item number of the product you're interested in into the (C) Find a product... search field right on the top of the web page.

~ Item Number / Catalog Shopping
If you'd like to shop by item numbers from our printed catalog simply click (D) Checkout Now in the right navigational links. This will take you to Your Shopping Cart details view. Here you'll see the Speedy Shopping item number field and an add button. Just type in the item number from the catalog and click the add button.

In the action note at the top of the page you see that the item you entered has been added to your shopping cart, or will let you know the item number was not found. If you receive the later message, check the item number in the catalog and enter it again. If this fails to add the item to your cart, you may always try searching for or browsing to the item and adding it through our online catalog.

Step 2 - Adding Items To Your Shopping Cart

Your shopping cart is just like your shopping cart at the grocery store. You must put items you'd like to order into the shopping cart. The the items are not ordered, and the order will not be processed until you successfully complete the checkout process.

To add items to your shopping cart you may click (A) Add To Cart in the featured products, (B) Add Item To Cart in the product view and/or (C) Add Selected Item/s To Cart on a product list page as shown in the diagram below. Please note, to "Add Selected Item/s" to your shopping cart, as depicted in diagram point (C) below, you must first enter a quantity for the items you wish to purchase, scroll to the bottom of the page and click (C) Add Selected Item/s To Cart.

Step 3 - The Checkout Process

To checkout from any page within the online catalog click (A) Checkout Now from within the right navigational links. If you're viewing the details of your shopping cart, you may click the (B) Checkout Now button within that page. You must be signed into your account to checkout. ~ login/create account
If you have an account, simply enter your email, password and click (A) Sign In Now to login. If you cannot remember your password, click (B) Forgot Your Password? and follow the on screen directions. If you're new to CheapJoes.com all you need to do is enter your name, email, create a password and click (C) Continue to create a new account.

~ Creating A New Account
After you login to a new account, you can make the checkout process simpler if you go ahead and add your billing address and shipping address (if different) to your account. To do this, click My Address Book from your account options. Then enter the required information and click Save Now to save the address to your address book. If successful you'll receive an action note at the top of the page that the address has been added and you'll see the new address on the right side of the page content.

From here, simply click (A) Checkout Now (Diagram 3 above) and continue through the checkout process.

Please Note: You must select a bill to and a ship to address from your Address Book. Simply click on the drop down selection menu and select the respective address.

Select a credit card type (Visa, Master Card or Discover), enter your name as it appears on your credit card, your credit card number and finally the expiration month and year.

Select any Optional Information that applies to your order the click Review Your Order (at the bottom of the page).

If everything is OK, click Complete Order (at the bottom of the page) to submit and process your order with CheapJoes.com.
