Rembrandt Soft Pastels are world-renowned for their pure pigments, high degree of lightfastness and velvety softness. This softness is achieved by the use of kaolin, an extra-fine clear china clay.

Rembrandt Pastels are ideal for layering techniques. Their softness allows them to be applied over existing layers of pastel and not move the color. Individual sticks are paper wrapped, and measure 2-3/4" long x 7/16".
