Sennelier Oil Pastel Set - Starter, Set of 12

Created in the 1940's in collaboration with Pablo Picasso himself, creamy Sennelier Oil Pastels are rich in pigment, cover well, and have outstanding opacity and excellent lightfastness. Sennelier Oil Pastels may be thinned with turpentine and worked with a brush. These artists pastels are Acid-Free and can be applied to almost any surface.

Individual sticks are paper wrapped, and measure 2-5/8" x 3/8".

Set of 12, Starter - This strong introductory palette provides a great foundation of color. Because Sennelier oil pastels are made with special oil, artists are free to work on paper without having to treat the paper first. This oil pastel set includes one each of Black, Burnt Umber, Cinnabar Green Yellow, Delft Blue, French Ultramarine Blue, Green Medium, Lemon Yellow, Mandarin, Pale Blue, Permanent Intense Red, White and Yellow Ochre.
