The Sterling Edward Big Brush Palette is molded in heavy plastic to a convenient 12" x 16" size and includes a form-fitting cover. The palette's includes 22 color wells are designed to accommodate larger brushes, including eight slanted wells that are great for both mixing and storing color mixes. he palette has ten 2-1/2" x 1" color wells, four 2" x 1" color wells, six 3" x 1-1/2" slanted wells, two 4" x 1-1/2" slanted wells, and a central 3/4" deep mixing area measuring 8-1/4" x 7 1/4".

Sterling Edwards is the author of the North Light book, "Creating Luminous Watercolor Landscapes, a Four Step Process". His award winning paintings have also been featured in several other books and magazines and are in private and corporate collections worldwide. He has been awarded signature membership status in both the Transparent Watercolor Society of America and the Canadian Society of Painters in Watercolour. Predominantly self taught, he has run the gauntlet of painting styles, from photorealism to total abstraction. Believing that there is balance in the middle, Sterling has developed a style of painting that is expressive and interpretive with stylized shapes, bold design elements, and strong contrasts of light and dark values accentuated with rich colors.
