OUT OF STOCK:
There are instances where items may be out of stock. When this happens, you will be contacted by e-mail as soon as we find the shortage. Your order will then be placed on ?HOLD? and will then ship upon the arrival of the missing items. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish your order to be shipped without the out of stock items.

HOLD:
In a situation where there are just one or two small items that are unavailable at the time of your order, and may not total $25.00, you may want to consider placing your order on "hold". This option is totally free to you, and will ensure that you pay no extra freight for the lingering items. When the missing items arrive at our warehouse, we will release your order and it will ship complete. In a case where you are placing an order on "hold" to call back with more information. Your order will be held for 24 hours. After that time, if we have not heard from you, your order will be cancelled from the system.
