Derwent Procolour Color Pencil Sets

Derwent Procolour Pencils offer the perfect combination of a strong point and a smooth laydown. These rich and vibrant colored pencils have the superb covering power of wax with a texture that glides on like an oil-based pencil. The pigment in the thick 4 mm. core is rich and highly blendable, with a unique formulation that promises a clean finish with minimal chipping and dusting.
