Choose from a predetermined amount or enter a custom amount from $5 to $500. Plus, add an optional gift message. E-gift cards are ready to use immediately. Perfect for when you may have forgotten or waited until the last minute. They'll never have to know!

Prefer to send a Physical Gift Card through the mail? You can mail the physical card to yourself or directly to the recipient by entering their mailing address in the Shipping Address at checkout. Physical Gift Cards are processed Monday through Friday during regular business hours. Due to US Postal Service processing times which are out of our control, please allow up to 2 weeks for the physical gift card to arrive.

Cheap Joe's Gift Cards can be used online, in our stores, and for orders placed by mail or phone. They expire 5 years from the date of issue and are not redeemable for cash. Cards are also refillable by calling 1-800-227-2788 and adding more funds so you can make sure it never runs out! Perfect for that art student you're putting through college, or that mom who loves to get a new balance each year on her birthday.

How to Redeem a Cheap Joe's Gift Card

Online Orders:
In your Shopping Cart, enter your Gift Card number on the right side in the Order Summary, just above the Proceed to Checkout button. Click Add Gift Card. You can also check your balance by clicking Check Gift Card Status and Balance.

Phone Orders:
Call 1-800-227-2788 and have your Gift Card number handy to place your order.

Retail Stores:
To redeem a Gift Card, simply present it to the sales associate when you make your purchase.

  • Where can I use my Gift Card?

    Gift Cards can be used online, in any Cheap Joe's Art Stuff store, by calling 1-800-227-2788, or by mail order.

  • What are the shipping policies for Gift Cards?

    E-Gift Cards cost you nothing to send, of course! Physical Gift Cards qualify for free value shipping when over the current free shipping amount, and the flat value rate when under the free shipping amount. Once you've input the shipping address, you will see your shipping options and any applicable costs.

  • Can I ship Gift Cards to multiple addresses in one order?

    You can order multiple E-Gift Cards per order and have each card sent to a different email address. Simply enter the different recipient details for each card when filling out the details before adding it to your cart. Unfortunately, we cannot send Physical Gift Cards to multiple physical addresses in one order. To send Physical Gift Cards to several different addresses you will need to create an individual order for each address.

  • How do I check the balance of my Gift Card?

    Card Balances can be verified during checkout, in your Customer Account, or by calling 1-800-227-2788. In your Shopping Cart, enter your Gift Card number on the right side in the Order Summary, just above the Proceed to Checkout button. Click Check Gift Card Status and Balance. In your Customer Account, log in and click Gift Card Balance in the left side menu.

  • Are Gift Cards reloadable?

    Yes! You can add funds to an existing card by calling 1-800-227-2788.

  • Do Gift Cards expire?

    Cheap Joe's Gift Cards expire 5 years from the date of issue.

  • What happens if I lose my Gift Card?

    Cheap Joe's is not responsible for lost or stolen cards, but we'll do our best to help you find the missing card number when possible.

  • Can I use a coupon to buy a Gift Card?

    Promotional discounts cannot be used to purchase Cheap Joe's Gift Cards.
