Easily add shimmer and sparkle to your prints, sculptures, ceramics, jewelry, paintings, drawings, calligraphy, and more with Jacquard Pearl Ex Powdered Pigments. Made from powdered mica, these dry pigments can be mixed into any media to be applied to any surface. The variety of finishes Pearl Ex can produce is nearly endless, from metallic sheens to pearlescent shimmers, to all manner of faux finishes.
Mix into gum arabic, varnishes, oils, acrylics, gouache, clay, melted wax, resins, paper pulp, and almost any medium. Apply to clay, glass, metal, wood, paper, fabric, and almost anything else!
Pearl Ex Pigment is a safe, non-toxic, inert powdered pigment with a neutral pH. It is extremely colorfast and stable and will not tarnish or fade, making it ideal for archival applications. Not intended for cosmetic use.
