Nielsen Metal Frame Kits offer strength, consistency of finish and preservation framing for the creative framer and gallery owner. These beautiful aluminum frames are simple, pure and really set the scene. Simply measure the overall height and width from the outside edges of your artwork, choose one size kit for length and one kit for width and assemble your frame. All hardware is included (except wire) in the packaging.

Accents - For a stylish, contemporary look, Nielsen Metal Frame Kit, Accents features a distinctive flat face 3/8" wide with a depth of 13/32". Available in customer favorite Matte Black.

Rabbet Depth - The rabbet is the recess on the back inside edge of the frame, into which the artwork fits. To find a frame that works for you, measure the depth of your artwork, including any matting or mounting materials, and order a frame with a rabbet depth that is at least the same as that measured depth.

Note - Frames are sized by the opening, not by the outside of the molding. To determine the size of frame to order, measure the outside of your artwork, including mat, and order that size frame. The frame will overlap your artwork about a quarter inch all the way around, so your artwork will fit securely behind the frame's molding.
