Ampersand Duoframe - 7/8", White, 9" x 12"

The Duoframe from Ampersand offers the ultimate versatility and style for framing your artwork. This unique design allows the same frame to be used for different artwork sizes. Ampersand Duoframes are made of premium FSC-certified maple hardwood with pre-drilled, counter-sunk mounting holes and all the mounting and hanging hardware you need to attach your panel or painting for display. They feature a 7/8" deep rabbet to accommodate everything from flat panels to stretched canvas to cradled wood panels, and they are especially ideal for fiber art, allowing your artwork the space it needs to tell its story in a modern display.

For a traditional window mount, select a frame the same size as your artwork. Use the included framing points and secure your artwork from the back of the frame to display through the front window. Window mounting can accommodate accommodate artwork up to 1/4" flat or 7/8" cradled. To float mount, choose a frame smaller than the size of your artwork and use an adhesive to attach the art to the front window ledge of the frame for a modern, floating effect. Float mounting can accommodate artwork up to 1/4" flat or 7/8" cradled.

Standard Depth 7/8" Artwork - This Duoframe has a 7/8" deep rabbet to accommodate standard depth canvas and panels that are 7/8" deep or less for window mounting. These frames can be used to display artwork in two ways: window mount or float mount inside the frame.
