Metal leafing is a time-honored craft that can be seen throughout history in the decoration of art ranging from icons and statues to paintings, mixed media, ceramics, and jewelry. Mona Lisa’s Imitation Metal Leaf offers a similar working experience and look to that of genuine metal leaf at a fraction of the price.

Mona Lisa Metal Leaf can be used on wood, metal, ivory, leather, paper, glass, porcelain and fabrics. Not recommended for outdoor use or it will tarnish and oxidize unless sealed with varnish. These easy-to-use products make the metal leafing process fun and foolproof!

Genuine Copper Leaf - This metal leaf is composed of 86% copper and 14% zinc. Comes in a 25-leaf booklet of 3-3/8" x 3-3/8" leaves. Adhesive is required to affix the sheets to a surface.

Imitation Gold Leaf - This composition metal leaf is composed of a copper and zinc alloy that imitates the look of 23 karat gold. Comes in a 25-leaf booklet of 5-1/2" x 5-1/2" leaves. Adhesive is required to affix the sheets to a surface.

Imitation Silver Leaf - This composition metal leaf is composed of an aluminum alloy that imitates the look of silver but will not tarnish or discolor. Comes in a 25-leaf booklet of 5-1/2" x 5-1/2" leaves. Adhesive is required to affix the sheets to a surface.
